Renovation of a municipal facility in St Petersburg, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of St. Petersburg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the demolition of the existing double doors and the installation of a single slide hurricane door for the elevator lobby on the 2nd floor of the St. Pete Pier Head Building. Electrical service to the door to be done outside of this scope, and is not required to be done by awarded contractor. The existing double doors are not automatic or sliding. They consistently get caught by the wind and frequently need repairs. The door frame and doors are damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Question Deadline 06/13/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted via online. Vendors must comply with all the terms of the solicitation, all applicable provisions of the City of St. Petersburg City Code, and all applicable federal and state laws. The City may reject any solicitation response that does not comply with all material and substantive terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to disqualify Vendors before or after opening, upon evidence of collusion with intent to defraud or other illegal practices on the part of the Vendors.
