This is a 3-year contract to provide sewer maintenance services for 76 miles of City main line sewer pipe . The work will include scheduled hydraulic flushing/cleaning of the sewer pipes, CCTV video inspection, and emergency call-out services. A 10% Bidder s Bond is required with the Bid. The s S uccessful contractor will be required to provide: (1) Liability insurance with City of La Puente as addition al insured endorsement; (2) Proof of workman s compensation insurance coverage; (3) 100% Faithful Performance Bond ; and, (4) 100% Labor and Material Bond.
