As of July 7,2025 project was awarded to Davis Interior Surfaces but awarded amount is not available. The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation (HACN) is soliciting bids for a flooring renovation project at its Administration Office located at 1500 S. Hensley Drive, Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing flooring with specified materials, as well as the removal of a glass door and doorframe for future reuse. The project involves the installation of floating (locking) Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring and carpet tiles in designated office and hallway areas. Contractors are required to perform light demolition of existing flooring, surface preparation, and thorough cleaning prior to installation. All labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the completion of the project must be provided by the contractor. Waste and debris must be properly disposed of upon project completion.
