Wastewater Flow Meter & Rain Gauge Installation, Maintenance, Repair and Calibration Services to the Joint Meeting's Trunkline Collection and Flow Monitoring Systems for a period of three (3) years in accordance with the Specifications and Information to Bidders prepared by the Joint Meeting. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid for the one (1) year period made payable to the Joint Meeting, but in no case in excess of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000), must be submitted with the bid with a guaranty that if a contract is awarded, the bidder shall execute said contract. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. (Affirmative Action Program, Equal Employment Opportunity). These bids are being solicited through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The successful bidder shall be required to submit a Performance Bond in a sum equal to ONE HUNDRED PERCENT (100%) of the full amount of the contract. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with all of the provisions of New Jersey prevailing local wage rates, as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry.
