Southport 6th Grade Academy & PTEC Chiller Replacements Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. Bid shall be submitted according to the Instructions to Bidders and properly executed. Each bid of at least $150,000 must be accompanied by the Contractor's written plan for a program to test the contractor's employees for drugs in accordance with Indiana Code - IC 4- 13-18. Each bid of at least $200,000 or more must be accompanied by a Contractor's Bid Bond or certified check made payable to Perry Township Schools in an amount equal to 5% of total of the base bid and any alternate bids. If submitting certified check, the check must be delivered to Perry Township Schools 1319 W. Edgewood Avenue, Bldg. 'C', Indianapolis, IN 46217 in an envelope labeled with "Southport 6th Grade Academy & PTEC Chiller Replacements" before the bid deadline. Each bid of at least $200,000 or more shall include costs to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. Upon notification to the successful bidder, no contract shall be valid until receipt of bond, if so required. The Instructions to Bidders contained in the specifications are by this reference made a part hereof, and all bidders shall be deemed advised of the provisions thereof, and of the General Conditions of the contract, specifications, plans and drawings for the project. Perry Township Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive, to the extent permitted by law, any of the terms, conditions and provisions contained in this Advertisement for Bids or the Instructions to Bidders or any informality, irregularity or omission in any bid, provided that such waiver shall, in the discretion of Perry Township Schools be to the advantage of Perry Township Schools.
