Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA), a legal entity and public body created by interlocal agreement pursuant to Section 163.01, Florida Statutes, is seeking the services of a Design-Build Team for Design Build Services for the Del Prado Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Improvements project in the North Fort Myers Utility System, Lee County, Florida. The FGUA is planning to upgrade and expand the existing Del Prado WWTF located within FGUAs North Fort Myers Utility System. The FGUA is seeking a Design-Build firm (DB) for a design-build project delivery of the following work Del Prado WWTF Improvements This Project will modify the existing WWTF to address effluent flow limitations, meet future growth, ensure permit compliance, and accommodate higher peak flow periods during the rainy season. Improvements will include modifications to the Del Prado WWTF.
