MARTA is soliciting quotes from firms for Streetcar Track Cleaning. The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority ("MARTA" or the "Authority") is soliciting quotes from firms to provide Inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair services for MARTA's Light Rail (MLR) embedded track and switch system. The MLR system includes approximately 2.7 miles of at-grade rail sections configured in a single loop, located in downtown Atlanta. Services are required to support safe and reliable operations of the streetcar system, which runs daily from 8:15 AM to 11:30 PM. Work may include maintenance of embedded track infrastructure, switches, and related track components within the shared roadway environment, powered by an overhead contact system for MARTA's MARTA Department Office of Rail Operations pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in Part 4 ("Contract") of the RFQ. Any questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to MARTA's contact person, Shamara Williams, Contact SpecialistII via electronic mail at Swilliams11@itsmarta.com, on or before 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Friday June 13, 2025. Each quote submitted to MARTA will become the property of MARTA, without compensation to Quoter, for MARTA's use, in MARTA'ssole discretion. Conditions placed upon a quote or exceptionsto the terms of this RFQ (or the Contract) may result in MARTA deeming the quotation non-responsible. If MARTA awards a Contract pursuant to this procurement, MARTA will prepare and forward to the successful Quoter a Contract substantially in the form included in this solicitation document.
