Renovation of a residential development in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, permits including U&O (Unit of Occupancy Permit) and all other incidentals required to supply and complete the work items listed below as requested by HABC, in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Scope Of Work 1. Remove all existing Tub walls or Surrounds. 2. Prep for Durock or Backerboard installation. 3. Securely install Durock and Backerboard up to bathroom ceilings. 4. Install 4"x4" up to 10"x16" glazed ceramic tiles, size is determined by site Superintendent. 5. Apply Grout, and clean tiles and all areas affected by install. 6. Area to be installed includes up to 120 sq ft. 7. New bathtub fixtures may need installation in some cases, price accordingly. Term of Contract: The contract(s) resulting from this IFB shall provide for a term of not to exceed one (1) year, except that HABC shall have a unilateral option to renew the contract(s) upon the same terms and conditions for another period not to exceed one (1) year. The contract term shall commence on the date specified in the Notice-to-proceed or Purchase Order issued by HABC. The overall contract Not-to-Exceed amount will not exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00). Question Deadline 06/10/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Online Portal
