The City of Taylor is accepting bids for Grave Digging Services in accordance with the attached agreement. Contract Renewal: Optional 4 annual renewals upon agreement with the City of Taylor, any price increase associated with annual renewal must be justified by information related to the CPI index or other vendor cost increases.) Annual renewals are predicted on sufficient budgetary allocation by City Council for the renewal of the awarded contract. Any provision of this to this request for bids to the contrary notwithstanding, City Council shall be under no obligation to make such budgetary allocation. The City of Taylor will award the lowest responsible bidder or bidders who provides goods or services at the best value to the city.
