No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Hillsboro, Ohio is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified and competitive proposals from individuals, corporations, or organizations interested in obtaining exclusive naming rights for the Crossroads Park Amphitheater, a new community venue currently in the planning and development stage. Overview Crossroads Park is a City-owned public space designed to serve as a future hub for community events, tourism, and cultural programming. The amphitheater, once constructed, will host a variety of activities including concerts, festivals, and civic events, and will play a vital role in supporting economic and social development in Hillsboro. Proposal Requirements Interested parties must submit a written proposal including the following: Proposed name for the amphitheater Background and qualifications of the individual or organization seeking naming rights Rationale for the naming proposal, including alignment with community values Proposed financial offer, including term length, payment structure, and any in-kind contributions Marketing or promotional partnership opportunities Description of any previous naming rights or sponsorship experience Any proposed conditions, expectations, or requests for recognition beyond signage Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on: Financial value and benefit to the City of Hillsboro Alignment with the Citys mission, identity, and values Reputation and public image of the proposer Appropriateness and creativity of the proposed name Long-term partnership potential Submission Deadline. Additional Information The selected naming rights proposal will be subject to negotiation and final approval by Hillsboro City Council. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to accept the proposal deemed most beneficial to the community.
