Site work and paving for a civil project in Anna, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
This project consists of road widening, culvert replacement, and overlaying asphalt on AILES ROAD. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. The owner intends and requires that the culvert replacements and road widening work on this project shall be completed no later than October 15, 2025. The owner intends and requires that the asphalt overlay on this project shall not begin prior to June 1, 2026 and to be completed no later than October 15, 2026. All contractors and subcontractors involved, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Shelby County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The FRANKLIN Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids. If any person, firm or corporation contemplating submitting a bid for this Contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings, Specifications or other Contract Documents, he may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation thereof.
