Reference Number 0000295533 Question Acceptance Deadline Jun 23, 2025 02:00 PM EDT Scope of Work/Overview: "Development of written instructions that set-out the operation, inspection, cleaning, maintenance, testing and verification requirements of HVAC and mechanical systems, and the calibration procedures for all sensors, probes and gauges on which the systems depend for efficient operation. HVAC SOPs for systems containing halocarbon shall include specific procedures that seek to prevent the inadvertent release of halocarbon. The consultant shall use the scope of work and checklist template provided by the project manager for developing and creating the SOP. As well as providing the sequence of operations of each of the HVAC and mechanical systems in the building, as applicable. To develop the required SOP, the consultant shall: 1. Review and verify the CMMS inventory ensuring all equipment within the building that forms part of the SOP is captured, if not the consultant is to notify the project manager to have a CMMS completed and submitted updating the overall inventory list. 2. Use the Scope of Work and the study checklist provided by the project manager for developing and creating the SOP. 3. Take into account CSA Guideline Z204-94, entitled Guideline for Managing Air Quality in Office Buildings, and follow the instructions' requirements per section 2.24 of DIV III of the Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. This RFQ does not commit BGIS to select a Respondent as a selected Respondent or enter into a Contract with any Respondent and BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Quotations and to terminate this RFQ and the RFQ process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to any Respondent.
