Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Shuniah, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Work of this Contract comprises minor demolition, renovation and addition of a former storage building into a new MacGregor Recreation Centre Pavilion Hub for the Municipality of Shuniah. The project is located at 800 Lakeshore Drive, Shuniah, Ontario. Included in the renovation is the expansion of an existing changing room building to add a concession stand, storage and updated washrooms. Associated mechanical and electrical work is also included. The exterior work includes replaced finishes and a new ramp, stair and gate. Submit with Bid Form and Consent of Surety, stating that surety is willing to supply 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond.
