i.Take existing photos for the report. ii.Remove pedestrian railing. iii.Remove all protective covers and exposed hidden device. iv.Vacuum all exposed areas behind covers. v.Power Wash under step prior to deployment. vi.Inspect all clamp bars and threaded connections - clean as required. vii.Install anti-seize into the threaded connectors. viii.Lubricate all movable parts. ix.Deploy device. x.Review all gaskets. xi.Vacuum storage container. xii.Power Wash storage container and clear drain. xiii.Retract gate. xiv.Deploy device and wash/clean Flexible Barrier Bottom Side. xv.Wash Flexible Barrier Top side. xvi.Power Dry Flexible Barrier. xvii.Close all covers. Contract term: 3 Years
