Charles Perry Partners, Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager for the Stair Replacement project at Osprey Cove and Osprey Landing at the University of North Florida. Charles Perry Partners, Inc. is currently accepting subcontractor/vendor prequalification applications for the following scopes of work: DEMOLITION, CONCRETE, MISC METALS (STAIRS AND RAILS), PAINTING, SIGNAGE, WALKWAY CANOPIES, DECORATIVE CLADDING, ELECTRICAL, LANDSCAPING All parties interested in bidding on this project must be prequalified for their bid to be considered. A link to start the prequalification process can be found by sending an email to prequalification@cppi.com. Bid documents are now available.
