Related work, such as cleaning and reprofiling ditches and replacing culverts, is also planned. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
