Award: TCMC Commercial, LP for $117,606.56 The project basically consists of the following: Furnish all materials and labor for construction of approximately 100' of concrete trench drain with galvanized steel grating necessary to convey stormwater runoff away from an existing airport hangar. An Alternate bid item for construction of approximately 40' of 36" diameter RCP with headwalls will also be provided to convey stormwater across County Road 416 A. Rusk County Commissioners will select a bidder based on the lowest responsible bid and bidder's qualifications including past work performance. Rusk County performs all employment related activities in full accord with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) statutes, executive orders, regulations and policies enunciated thereunder, to assure equal employment opportunity and the treatment of employees without regard to race, color, sex, age, disability, religion or national origin. A maintenance bond and proof of insurance will be required before a notice to proceed will be issued. The Commissioners of Rusk County reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
