Reference Number 0000389696 Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: After 10/1/2025 This project consists of the removal and replacement of existing asphalt pathways surrounding the ballfields and improving the asphalt parking at Ella Mae Power Park in the City of Novi, Owner. Work to commence no earlier than October 01, 2025. The approximate quantities of the major items of Work are: 2,660 Syd HMA Surface, Rem 13.1 Sta Shared use Path, Grading 1,720 Syd Aggregate Base, 6inch, 21AA Limestone 6,600 Syd Cold Milling HMA Surface 1,407 Ton HMA, 5EL 538 Ft Curb and Gutter, Conc, F2 Modified, Spillout Question Deadline 06/19/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % - Maintenance & Guarantee Bond 100 % Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the OWNER and any Bidder or Bidders. The City reserves the right to accept any or all alternative Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both; to reject any or all Bids; and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the City, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the City of Novi. The Scope of Work covered by the Contract Documents includes the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt pathway south of the ballfields and surrounding the west sides of the southeastern fields along with the asphalt parking lot on Ella Mae Power Park for the City of Novi, Owner. The proposed Project includes the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt parking lot in Ella Mae Power Park in the City of Novi in Oakland County. The improvements are located between Taft Road and Novi Road, South of 10 Mile Road.
