Remove and replace existing EPDM roof system with new EPDM roof system The Glens Falls Common School District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received, and/ or to reject all Bids without explanation. Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that data. It is the intention of this Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. Therefore, documents will be distributed as digital sets. Bidding Documents, Drawings, and Specifications may be viewed online free of charge beginning 06-03-2025 at online , or electronically downloaded for a non-refundable fee of one-hundred dollars ($100). Question Deadline Jun 13, 2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents, the existing conditions,or of the scope of Work will be made verbally.
