Black & Veatch and Overland Contracting (a subsidiary of Black & Veatch), as the Program Manager and Construction Manager for the Sewer Assessment and Rehabilitation Program (SARP10) on behalf of the City of Memphis, is soliciting Request for Bid (RFB) for the Stream Crossing Improvements Construction 2 Scope of Work. The Scope of Work for this project includes sewer improvements and the stabilization of open channels at sanitary sewer pipe crossings. This includes grading, the installation of sewer pipe, riprap, concrete block mats, turf reinforcement mats, etc. Other items include, but are not limited to, erosion control, site prep and restoration, bypass pumping, installation of access roads, and asphalt removal and replacement. Schedule: The allotted time for construction is 365 calendar days. Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goals: SARP10 DBE Participation Goal: DBE minimum 15% Firms not already prequalified for construction activity with SARP10 and Firms that prequalified more than one year ago, must submit the following registration information as soon as possible; but no later than July 2, 2025. SARP10 registration is valid for one year from the date of approval and will apply for all related construction contracts, under the SARP10 Program. If the Firm has prequalified with SARP10 in the past year, the Firm is not obligated to reapply. ?
