The CISSS des Laurentides wishes to retain the expertise of one or more service providers to perform snow removal and abrasive application services for three (3) lots of its establishments included in this specification. The addresses and specifications are detailed in Appendix 1. CISSS des Laurentides wishes to award a contract per lot identified in this specification. The proposal sought includes a one (1) year contract, with the possibility of renewal for a period of one (1) year. All services requested must include snow removal of parking spaces and various access to buildings, the application of abrasive spray and cleaning of parking lots and adjacent areas after each winter, as per the compliance conditions set out in this specification. The equipment and services offered must meet the compliance requirements set out in the specifications. All requirements are firm. If the TENDER is unable to comply with any of these requirements, it should contact the file manager to check whether an alternative is possible by issuing an Addendum. The contract will be subject to CAWQ, CETA and CETA. No bid security is required. The deadline for receipt of complaints under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (LCOP) is June 23, 2025.
