Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Pelham, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project work includes: Window replacements Masonry restoration Replacing current end-of-life steam boilers and relating piping to install upgraded hydronic heating system Central air conditioning Installation of two elevators, ramping and other accessibility improvements to meet ADA requirements and provide all students, staff members and visitors access to the school Renovation of space under gym into new cafeteria Two-story expansion with 8-classroom expansion (net gain of 3 classrooms due loss of existing rooms for elevator installation and cafeteria ) Light renovation throughout the current school (finishes, casework, etc.) As of June 10, 2025, this project is in the conceptual phase. The capital project has been approved. A construction manager has not been selected as of yet.
