The scope of this project includes renovating the existing middle school and expanding its facilities to accommodate a student capacity of 700 students. Renovations will enhance interior finishes, upgrade mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and technological systems, ensuring a modernized learning environment. The new additions will include spaces for fine arts and special education, a secured main entry vestibule and administration area, updated science labs, and new media center. Additionally, a new fire sprinkler system will be installed throughout both the renovated areas and the new expansions. Construction is expected to begin September 2025 and be substantially complete in September 2027 and ready for the Fall semester 2027.
