Work includes but not limited to: the rehabilitation and reinforcement of the structural steel elements of the station building canopy at Whitby GO Station and the restoration of the reinforced concrete piers and knee walls supporting the station building canopy. The Work includes temporary removal and reinstatement of glazing as required to complete repairs and locally refinishing of the steel structure with a zinc-rich coating. The Contractor shall provide temporary wayfinding, hoarding, fencing, and other measures as necessary to protect the public throughout construction of the Work.
