All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $3,000,000 and $4,000,000 for C, between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 for H, between $250,000 and $500,000 for P, and between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 for E.
