Calvert County Government is seeking proposals from qualified, responsible Contractors to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to replace the HVAC controls system for building automatization system (hereinafter, BAS) at the Calvert Library Prince Frederick, (hereinafter, "Library") located at 805 Costley Way, Prince Frederick, Maryland 20678. The Contractor shall provide and install a new BAS system. Substitution of specified materials, products, or equipment for those specified shall be considered provided the Contractor certifies the function, characteristics, performance, and endurance qualities of the substitution is of equal or superior quality, performance, and warranty as the specified items. The Contractor shall submit complete supporting technical data, including product specifications, manufacturer details, performance comparison, and warranty information with their technical proposal. A. Base Bid 1) Demo all hardware/controllers of the existing BAS. 2) Provide and install one (1) new front-end computer for control of the BAS. a. Computer shall run Windows 11 software and be compatible with newly installed supervisory controller. 3) Provide and install the following, or equivalent, to replace the existing supervisory UNC controller which is the acting master controller: a. Lynxspring JENEsys(R)-PC9000 Niagra embedded IP controller and server platform. b. Lynxspring JENE-PC-8-Barbara Colman ASD-Driver N4. c. Reliable Controls(R) RC-Studio(R) 3. a. Controller shall be installed in a new, wall mounted enclosure. 4) Integrate the existing to remain Network 8000 controllers to the newly installed supervisory controller. Logic and sequences shall remain the same and shall remain in the existing Micro-zone controllers. 5) Transfer all graphic points currently on the BAS to the new system. a. Graphics shall be updated to HTML 5 format, JAVA shall no longer be utilized. b. New graphics shall be hosted within the newly installed supervisory controller. c. Current building sequence shall remain.
