Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; and pre-engineered storage facility.
New construction of an Equipment Storage Building that, once completed, will provide weather protection and storage space for generators, Boom Trucks and Trailers. Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed professional contractors for the installation of an Equipment Storage Building on an existing foundation slab at the Water Treatment Plant, located at 715 South 25th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. New construction of an Equipment Storage Building that, once completed, will provide weather protection and storage space for generators, Boom Trucks and Trailers. Question Deadline 07/24/2025 All Proposers shall carefully examine the RFP Documents. Any ambiguities or inconsistencies shall be brought to the attention of FPUA in writing prior to the opening of proposals.
