Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Bellevue, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Project Description: Project consists of new carpet and resilient flooring, new wall base, new paint and some new lighting to several areas of the existing Eastern Nebraska Veteran's Home. Bid security in the form of either surety bond or certified check payable to the Nebraska Department of Veterans' Affairs shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount which will be retained by and may be forfeited to the Department, as liquidated damage if such proposal is accepted, the Contract awarded, and the bidder or bidders fail to enter into a contract in the form prescribed, with a satisfactory surety bond, within ten (10) days after such award is made. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Architect will provide responses to bidders' questions at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum on Thurday, June 19, 2025. All questions received after June 18 will not be answered prior to bid.
