Design-Build (DB) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB) multiple award construction contract (MACC) for new construction, renovation, alteration, and repair of large general, industrial, and waterfront facilities. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, site preparation, concrete, masonry, steel structures, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and communication systems. Projects may involve specialized industrial facilities, waterfront structures, and supporting infrastructure. The scope encompasses all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete projects in compliance with applicable codes and standards. The contractor shall begin performance within 15 calendar days and complete it within 548 calendar days.
