For the following: (1)Assorted Pipe and Fittings and (2) Collection and Distribution Pipe & Fittings with unit prices effective from July 4,2025, until December31, 2025. All bids must be submitted on BID FORMS or Electronic Bid Forms. Paper Bids may be obtained in the Office of the Parish Purchasing Agent in the Government Building, requested via email at purchasing@calcasieu.gov, or accessed via electronic online. Preference is given to materials, supplies and provisions that are produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State. The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Bids may be held by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury for a period not to exceed forty-five(45) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to award. Official action on this bid will be taken at the Regular Meeting of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury within forty-five (45)days.
