HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Compressed Gas Systems Replacement for the DSHS Laboratory. Question Deadline 06/24/2025 at 10:30 AM CT. The HHSC PCS Sole Point of Contact for inquiries concerning this IFB is: Leticia Cortes, CTCD, CTCM Procurement and Contracting Services Building 1100 W 49th St. MC: 2020 Austin, TX 78756 512-406-2609 Leticia.cortes@hhs.texas.gov Mandatory On-Site Visit HHSC will conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the dates and times identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the dates and times established in subsequent Addenda. The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility. Bidders must notify the on-site contact listed above regarding attendance. On site visit instructions: Upon arrival, attendees are to proceed to lab building front entrance for security check-in. Attendees must present a driver license or other form of government issued photo ID. They will be issued a temporary visitor's paper badge and will be escorted to the jobsite to review existing conditions.
