A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Pocatello has secured funding for a public facility project for the Ross Park Bathroom located at approximately 2610 S. 2nd Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho 83204 and the Optimist Park bathroom, located at 7th Ave. and E.Young St. Pocatello, ID 83201. The project will comprise site clearance, site preparation, and installation of single stall ADA-accessible bathroom facility. The project will include connection to City water and sewer. The bidder must be a licensed public works contractor. The project requires a 1-year workmanship and at least a 1-year product warranty. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements including but not limited to Davis-Bacon wages. Davis-Bacon wage rates are included in the bid package documents and wage rates should be reflected in the total bid price.All bids in excess of $150,000 shall be accompanied by a guarantee equal to at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount.This guarantee may be in the form of a bond, certified check or other negotiable instrument. Bid bonds will be accompanied by power of attorney bearing the same date as the bond.
