Fire Alarm Testing and Inspection Services to all fire alarm systems and equipment located at the Caswell Developmental Center Caswell Developmental Center in Kinston, N.C. is the State Developmental Center for North Carolina's Eastern region. Caswell provides services and support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, complex behavioral challenges, and/or medical conditions whose clinical treatment needs exceed the supports currently available in the community. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain competitive pricing from qualified vendors and award an Agency Specific Term Contract for the provision of providing Fire Alarm Testing and Inspection Services to all fire alarm systems and equipment located at the Caswell Developmental Center. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Contract.
