Modifications to the handrails and guardrails at the Grandstands including but not limited to metal work, asphalt and concrete work and the addition of a new ADA ramp on the East Side. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 11% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 19% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: Completion by 08/14/2026 Scope of Work This Section describes the requirements of the Demolition without limiting the generality implied by the Specifications and Drawings. The work under this Section shall include, but is not limited to the following principal items: 1. Demolition, Cutting and Patching: As indicated and as necessary to install new work. 2. Salvage of Materials: Wire fencing, guardrail posts and horizontal bars as noted in drawings. 3. General Construction Work: Add, build, demolish, remove, patch and finish such asphalt pavement, concrete pier foundations, structural materials, fencing, bleacher railings, required equipment, finish materials, etc., as indicated and as necessary to complete the general construction work. 4. Electrical Work: Systems shall be properly disconnected, terminated, demolished, altered, relocated, replaced, added to as indicated and required to complete the work
