**As of August 18, 2025, the project was awarded to Black Rock Enterprises LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,694,457.50 ** The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the Project Manual and shown on the Plans for the construction of the 2025 Road Overlay Program located in the Township of Moorestown, New Jersey, including but not limited to pavement milling (Minimum 2" Thick), surface course overlay (9.5M64, 2" Thick), selective replacement of concrete curbs, traffic striping, and isolated drainage improvements that include pipe replacements and linings. Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of Moorestown Township for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said security not be more than $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond upon the award of contract. The signed Proposal forms and bid security must be delivered to the place on or before the hour named above. The accepted bidder must sign the contract within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award or forfeit his bid security. All bid security, except the security of the three apparent lowest responsible bidders, shall be returned, unless otherwise requested by the bidder, within 10 days after the opening of the bids, Sunday and holidays excepted, and the bids of such bidders shall be considered as withdrawn. Within three days, Sundays and holidays excepted, after the awarding and signing of the contract and the approval of the contractor's performance bond, the bid security of the remaining unsuccessful bidders shall be returned to them.
