Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services, incidental and implied, for this job. All items not specifically mentioned in the specifications, but which are obviously required to make the renovations complete, shall be included automatically. Contractor will be responsible for providing Porta Jon at the location of work. This contract is to provide services to all Haywood County School Buildings for the weekly dumpster pickup and rolloff dumpsters. Haywood County Schools are billed separately for tonnage of waste disposal from White Oak Landfill. Haywood County Schools will receive a credit for all metal materials that are picked up and sold. Winner of the bid will be responsible for front load dumpsters at each location and ensure that all are in good operating condition. Haywood County Schools is responsible for all rolloff dumpsters at each location and ensure that all are in good operating condition. This contract will expire on June 19, 2027. Questions that are technical in nature shall be directed to Zachary Shoaf (828) 456-2402. All bidders are required to have at least three (3) years of experience and supply three (3) references. Bidders need to provide Proof of Insurance. The Haywood County Boards of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any or no reason, and to waive informalities.
