Renovation of a mixed-use development in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of construction and renovation of Fleetwood Rec Center & Library Glazing Replacement, located at 15996 84 Ave, Surrey, British Columbia The general components of the Work include: Removal and disposal of existing curtain wall glazing, gaskets, and beauty caps. Maintain the existing curtain wall mullions. Supply and install of new curtain wall dry gaskets, insulating glazing units, fibreglass pressure plates and beauty caps. Removal and re-install of the existing cladding panels as required to complete a new AB/MB/VB tie in from the curtain wall. Completing new sealant installation as required. New metal flashing as required to required to facilitate AB/MB/VB tie-in. Award amount was not released for publication.
