Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denver, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work of the Project includes the rehabilitation of Owner's Pump Sation No. 29 generally includ-ing the following: PS No. 29: Force main relocation, installation of one (1) new sewer manhole, gravity sewer in-stallation, by-pass pumping, cleaning, application of cementitious material to restore existing wetwell and installation of epoxy protective coating, concrete pavement replacement, electrical improvements, SCADA improvements, and all other appurtenances as shown in the contract documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum Price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Project has an expected duration of 210 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. MBE (10%) Question Deadline 07/01/2025 Biddershallsubmit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documentsto Engineer in writing.
