The work required under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and necessary to complete the: CCCO - Roof Replacement 2320 Avenue J Omaha, Nebraska 68110 DCS. Add to Replace additional gutters and downspouts , Replace additional 1 x 8 wood fascia board, Replace additional 1 x 12 wood fascia board, Replace additional 1/2 " structural roof sheathing. The project includes replacement of the shingle roof system, nail-base roof insulation, select structural wood sheathing, flashings, gutters and downspouts, select areas of siding and trim, select mechanical roof top exhaust fans and curbs, damaged attic insulation, ventilation baffles, a small section of concrete sidewalk, a new trench drain, and associated work on the Nebraska Department of Corrections - Community Corrections Center - Omaha. There is one bid alternate, one Allowance and three Unit Prices for additional work. An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of purchasing a set. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Printed bid documents do not need to be returned, as there is no deposit to be refunded. You may return bid documents if you wish, and we can recycle them for free. All listed fees are before applicable taxes.
