The following specifications are intended for each building. Exterior - Roofing 1. Remove existing roofing material and old felts. 2. Replace any deteriorated wood framing and sheathing. 3. Install new 30-year fiberglass shingle per all requirements of the specifications and applicable codes. 4. The secondary water barrier is to be peel and stick. 5. Install ridge vents at all peaks. 6. Re-nail the deck to meet code. 7. Remove and install new fascia where required. Miscellaneous 1. Bid to include all wood needing to be replaced. The property consists of one (1) two-story apartment building and four (4) single story duplex buildings.
