Solicitation 36C24825R0079 In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs utilizing a tiered set-aside evaluation approach, including other than small businesses. Questions shall be submitted by the prime contractor through email to the Point of Contact listed above. No questions by telephone will be accepted. The cutoff for submission of questions is 11:00 AM ET on Wednesday, January 07, 2026. The question email's subject line must include "VA SOLICITATION NO. 36C24825R0079 Bid Build Project: 546-22-110 - Construct a New Boiler Building and Controls & Expand/Move Graphic Control." The Magnitude of Construction is, according to VAAR 836.204 (j), between $20,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. pn-RDCJP21006, 36C24823Q0741 The objective of this project is to renovate and upgrade the existing steam generation and its associated auxiliary systems in the Boiler Plant, Utility Building 44, located at the (MVAHCS). This includes constructing a new Boiler Plant and a new extension to the existing utility building, a Boiler Control Room adjacent to Building 44 with three (3) new 400-horsepower (HP) Boilers. The contractor shall furnish and install two (2) 400 HP Rental, stand-alone, Dual Fuel, (Natural Gas/Oil) Mobile, Temporary Boilers and a Boiler Control Room to always supply and maintain the Hospital Steam Load during construction as per the 100% construction drawings, narrative, addendums, Physical Security & Resiliency Design Manual (PSRDM), and specifications provided. The rental shall be provided on a monthly basis until the project is completed and accepted by the Government. The Contractor shall, in accordance with the 100% Design, Narrative, Addendum, and Specifications, prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, furnish labor and materials, and complete all tasks as per this SOW. All work shall be coordinated with the project CORs. A cost-loaded schedule shall be provided after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and before the commencement of work.
