The scope of the Work, generally consists of but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, plants, and supervision to provide: Replace ~60 LF of Steam & Condensate Piping crossing North Street between manholes, including excavation and backfill, welded pipe, pipe insulation, steam trap and expansion pipe replacement, valve removal, site restoration including asphalt pavement, concrete flatwork and loam & seed. Replace ~ 60' of Steam & Condensate Lines at Anthony Building, including: excavation & backfill, concrete walk demo & replacement, pipe welding, insulation and site restoration C2525 North St Steam & Condensate Repairs Replace ~60' of Stm & Cond Piping crossing North Street between Manholes Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Fitchburg State University reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any bids if it is in the public interest to do so. Bidders submitting Questions or Requests For Information must submit them in writing to the Owner at hmessing@fitchburgstate.edu , no later than 10:00 AM on June 23, 2025.
