Sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Office of the City of Buda for the above-referenced solicitation. The City of Buda, Texas (the "City") invites proposals from qualified firms interested in furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the expansion and enhancement of the Buda Sportsplex, including but not limited to (i) the construction of four (4) new softball fields with stadium lighting, concession tower, CMU dugouts and shade structures, (ii) new fencing, sod and underdrain system for all eight (8) softball fields, (iii) new and refurbished parking spots, (iv) grading and drainage of the Sportsplex site including appurtenances. An acceptable Proposal Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total proposal amount shall accompany each proposal as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Offeror will promptly enter contract with the City of Buda and furnish all required bonds on the forms provided. Offerors are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves of all local conditions.
