As of May 13, 2026, this project is out to bid. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Summary Project Description: A new two-story 4,218sf Logistics Warehouse, located at 207 N. Whippoorwill St, Lakeway, Texas. The building is designed to have a single overhead door to service the first-floor warehouse. First Floor consists of warehouse, medical storage, fire riser, and elevator as well as receiving office space and laundry with multiple gear drying cabinets and extractors. The second floor can be accessed from the elevator, internal stair, or exterior stair. The second-floor houses multiple offices, bunk rooms and restrooms as well as a dayroom with kitchenette. The exterior of the building will consist of an external stair to the second floor, multiple railings, generator and retaining walls to accommodate varying grades. Site work includes a concrete parking lot, detention and water quality pond, landscaping and associated site grading and utilities. There is additional site work next door at the Lake Travis Fire Rescue Headquarters. This work includes the installation of a sanitary sewer grinder pump and tie-in to the city sanitary sewer at the street as well as power for the pump from the existing Headquarters building.
