The work will include all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, etc. necessary to furnish and complete the work described in this contract. Such work shall include installation of micro-surfacing, fog sealing, and crack sealing. It will also include adjusting castings and driveway aprons within the project limits. The proposed work shall also include removal and placement of pavement markings including crosswalks and/or stop lines. The proposed work also includes supplying all the necessary traffic controls. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Contractor will furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other incidentals necessary to complete all work required for the satisfactory installation of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item will not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but will include all incidental work necessary or customarily performed for the completion of that item All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer (Joe Cormier jcormier@concordma.gov).
