The City is seeking Tenders to provide the following Goods and Services in respect of: - The City is seeking bid submissions from pre-qualified Bidders for construction services associated with sediment removal and rehabilitation works for SWMF 86, located at 325 Watson Parkway North, as described in the Contract Documents. The sediment cleanout and rehabilitation works will reestablish adequate storage volume for flood control and water quality treatment and ultimately restore the intent of the original stormwater management design. Work is anticipated to begin upon contract award, it is anticipated that tree removals will be completed by March 31, 2026, in-water works shall commence no earlier than May 1, 2026, in accordance with the end of the turtle brumation window, and all work is to be substantially completed by August 31, 2026. The City is seeking Tenders from the pre-qualified list from 25-080.
