Reference number: 20077419 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-06-23 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 36 For reasons of efficiency and quality of service, the Municipality of Stanstead-Est has divided its territory into three sectors, so that two separate routes have been identified for maintenance and snow removal operations on its winter roads. A separate call for tenders has been issued for each route, so that bidders must meet the minimum requirements of each call for tenders in terms of equipment and conditions if they are bidding on more than one route. With this call for tenders, the Municipality of Stanstead-Est is requesting tenders for a period of three (3) years for the maintenance and snow removal of winter roads that are part of the Municipality's Circuit 3, which is approximately 26.65 km long. Salt and sand must be supplied by the contractor.
