Site work for a water / sewer project in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to clean and inspect the well, install a new 12-stage vertical turbine pump, column pipe, new shafts, and shaft bearings/supports. This work will be inside the existing masonry well house. An alternative to the specified equipment may be considered for approval, provided it meets the same specifications as the requested equipment. Question Deadline 06/16/2025 Any questions pertaining to the Scope of Work or the ONWASA Specifications should go to Seth Brown, Treatment Facilities Administrator, via email at sbrown@onwasa.com As time is of the essence in completing this project, after receiving a written Notice to Proceed from ONWASA, all work on the project shall be completed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days. Any additional work or repair identified during the project shall be described and submitted to the ONWASA Treatment Facilities Administrator, Seth Brown, via email at sbrown@onwasa.com before performing the additional work. ONWASA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids if it is deemed best for the public good and to waive any informality in the bids received.
