This is a formal request for Information (RFQ) for Intelligent Fence Maintenance and Repair Support. The requirement is in support of the continued operational capability of the existing FFT ATLAS-Ai-X system located at Camp Stanley, 25800 Ralph Fair Road, Texas. The Government intends to procure a 2-Year Subscription Option to cover comprehensive support and maintenance under the FFT ATLAS Subscription Program. Requirement Summary: Product/Service Name: FFT ATLAS-Ai-X Intelligent Fence Maintenance and Repair Support - 2-Year Option Service Category: Preventive Maintenance / Technical Support / Software and Firmware Updates / Factory Training / Priority Repairs Subscription Support Services to Include: Annual event classification library updates Preventive maintenance for all system components Fault diagnostics, repair services, and replacement of parts as necessary Priority service response times and access to specialized resources Unlimited technical support via phone, email, and secure remote access Regular Windows OS patching and updates as required Updates to FFT FOSS and CAMS software platforms Quarterly system health and maintenance reports Discounted pricing on controller unit upgrades and part replacements Instructions to Vendors: Interested Offerors having the required specialized capabilities / qualifications to support some, or all of the work identified above are asked to answer the following questions and submit a capability statement.
