Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
New Fire Station for Chesapeake Volunteer Fire Department. Each Bidder's Contractor license number shall be written in the space provided on the Form of Proposal. The Chesapeake Volunteer Fire Department, Chesapeake, WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A satisfactory bid bond furnished by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia, in an amount equal to five (5%) of the total amount of bid, payable to the Chesapeake Volunteer Fire Department, shall be submitted with each Bid along with the State of West Virginia Purchasing Affidavit, and the Drug Free Workplace Conformance Affidavit. Each (The) successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and the fee for same shall be included in their bid. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for at least sixty (60) days. The Chesapeake Volunteer Fire Department, Chesapeake, WV reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Questions is July 8, 2025, by 12:00 (noon)
